Distinguishing Features: Tattoo on right shoulder of a lion, usually keeps head shaven or hair very, very short.

Powers/Abilities: Teleporter

He can teleport to anywhere so long as he has either been there or seen a picture of it. He's very skilled but he's never taken anyone with him although he has carried objects. He's not even sure if he can. Distance isn't a problem, he arrives instantly from one place to the other.

Psychological Background: Morgan is friendly but he plays things close to the chest. He can have a real bad temper but tries to control it. He saw too many people abused by others due to anger to use it on another. He has been known to hit walls, throw pillows, meditate or just go running to avoid hurting someone else. Due to being moved around a lot as a child and then the government chasing him Morgan doesn't trust easily. He will flirt though and appears charming but he avoids talking about his childhood.

Personality Quirks/Hobbies: Morgan smokes. He likes to run and will do so to get rid of excessive energy. His fostermother also taught him meditation which he likes to do. He actually meditates four to five times a week. He does this in the nude. He also keeps his bedroom (as well as his apartment door) locked at all times. He will just teleport into them.

History:

Morgan was born premature. His mother was a teenager who had him in a bathroom and then abandoned him at a baby drop spot. He never knew her name nor that of his father. Once he was stable he was put into the system. Due to his premature birth he had some health issues. They were curable but expensive so he was never adopted out. He bounced from home to home as a child, some were good some weren't. He learned to guard his things and to be leery of getting close to people since he never knew when he'd be moved again. When he was thirteen he was diagnosed with hypereosinophilic syndrome. Now normally this is treatable with corticosteroids however this did not work for Morgan. He went into "roid rage" and left the hospital. He stole a car and went into a high speed pursuit before smashing the car and in the process others were hurt but thankfully none killed. Since they could not continue to use the steroids Morgan wasn't given long to live. Enter Adam McCoy and the state more then willing to allow a foster child to be experimented on. Morgan didn't care, he was more interested in getting well then in how it happened.

It was a year later that Morgan discovered his ability to teleport. His foster father at the time was drunk and was going after him. He was running for his room when the next thing he knew he was in the building for Children and Families, which would have been fine but it was closed for the night. This scared him, not that he'd show or tell anyone that. He wasn't sure how he got there but at least for now he was safe. He waited and security found him to then call his social worker who thought like security he'd broken in. He knew better then to say how he got there, he wasn't about to get locked up. He told his worker that he'd runaway and came there. He was moved to a new home which was better then the last. This one he liked. Delores who ran the home had two other foster kids but she treated them all like they were her own. She encouraged Morgan in his school work and his interest in computers. Secretly Morgan continued to try out his ability and became more confident with it.

At eighteen the state cut him loose. He was given a few hundred dollars and told to make it on his own. What he didn't know was someone had been watching him and knew of his ability. The government sent agents to try and pick him up. Morgan disappeared on them. He knew now that he had to be careful otherwise he'd be caught. He was great with computers and had the ability to teleport. He decided to use them to his advantage. He figured out how to get into places and bypass security since they were computer based. He got false identification and even set up a fake history. He got a job for a while as a computer expert. He enjoyed that until the government showed up and he had to run again. It became a cycle of him making up a fake history and staying someplace until agents showed up. Then out of the blue McCoy found him. He had almost teleported out but there'd been several others around and something in his gut told him to listen to the man. He listened but didn't agree right off. He wanted to think on it. He told McCoy he'd meet him in two days and where. Over those two days he did some research and even checked out the island by teleporting there. He observed McCoy from a distance on the day they were to meet to make sure he was alone before going up to meet him. He agreed to come for now.
