Powers/Abilities:

Pippa has the ability to manipulate time. She can speed it up, slow it down, put it into a loop or even stop it completely. She can only do this in a limited range however. When she was younger it was only within a room or about 15 foot radius around her. She is now able to effect a 100 foot radius so long as it's not blocked. She can do a house so long as there is access to all rooms but if the doors, windows and vents are shut she can only do what is open to her. If she is outside it won't effect inside buildings around her.

She inherited her father's ability to orb and can take others with her if she is touching them. This ability ties in with her power to manipulate time and she can travel backwards in time. She still has trouble with doing this and doesn't always get it right. It's tied into her feelings and thus she might be thinking of a specific time but emotionally it correlates to a different time or person so easy to mess up. This aspect of her powers is fairly new and she hasn't shared it with many in the family as of yet.

Hobbies: Singing, smoking, playing the piano, writing songs and poetry

Physiological Background: Pippa has been told repeatedly that she is the spitting image of her grandmother and it worries her that she might be destined to follow in her footsteps. She wants to be seen as her own person, not as her grandmother, not as "Ask Phoebe's" daughter or worse the daughter of a Charmed One. She has a tendency to show off because of this and strive to be seen. She can be a bit of a rebel and will break rules when it suits her. She is also a romantic at heart. She longs to find a love like her parents have. She doesn't want to settle for just anyone.

Personality Quirks: Enjoys having a good time and likes to stay out late. She likes being the center of attention. Likes to orb to the top of the Bay bridge and view the city. Has a real sweet tooth and loves chocolate and caffeine. Tries to go running at least three times a week if not every day.

History:

Pippa is the oldest daughter of Phoebe and Coop Halliwell. She went to magic school when she first started school but the problem came in that everyone there knew who her parents were and her cousin Wyatt. Those were shadows she hated living in. She begged her parents to let her go to a mortal school. They were a bit reluctant but did allow it. She still had the problem of being "Ask Phoebe's" daughter but she knew unless she went far away to school nothing could change that.

She started to rebel when she entered high school. She wanted to be seen as herself but also to get some attention. Her parents were both very busy with their careers and she wanted them to notice her. She started smoking, drinking, cutting classes, and she got her tattoo. She managed to keep her grades up but she was getting into trouble at school. She was also sneaking into clubs to sing karaoke and got caught a few times to be brought home by the cops for being underage. Her parents didn't know what to do. They tried just about everything but it was only after she had a close call with a demon and her Aunt Paige saved her did she back off and started to settle down.

She went away to college hoping that it would be better then staying and going to the local college. She went to UCLA to get a degree in Music Performance and one in Composition. She enjoyed college life and dated some while there but nothing too serious. She was more interested in just having fun while getting her education. She wasn't looking for anything long term. She graduated with honors and returned to San Francisco and her parents home. She has made a decent living working at different clubs in the area even while fighting demons and mastering the craft. She has been thinking about getting her own apartment but has been waiting for the right time.
