Has both ears pierced and his bottom lip is pierced as
well, the ring is on the left side of his lip.
Powers/Abilities:
Orb, can sense
people they are trying to find, able to heal (so long as
they aren't dead), hover/levitate, cloaking charges (So
other magical beings can't sense/see them), can
empathically feel what their charges feel, can speak
whatever language their charges speak, can glamour
(appear as anyone). And telekenitic orbing.
Kanan is also an expert
in aikido, judo, and karate.
Hobbies:
Driving, cooking, hiking, reading, working out and
jogging on the beach.
Physiological
Background: Kanan is a very quiet
man, but knows how to have fun in life. He loves
what he does for a living and wouldn't change that for
anything in the world. Hates killing, but will do
it if he has to, to protect himself for others.
Keeps his emotions in check most the time, well as much
as he can.
Personality Quirks:
He drinks to much and smokes to much, but
that's the extent of his vices. Eats well and
exercises every day. Doesn't go around armed, but
has a gun in his car, in case.
History:
Kanan was born
to his mother a young witch who tried to live life
normally. She joined the military but fell in love
with her whitelighter. Soon she was pregnant with
his child, and Kanan was born. Both were happy
with having a son, but soon that ended. Amanda was
killed by a demon and Ben was alone with the boy, as a
whitelighter, he knew he couldn't take care of him, so
he went to a friend and fellow witch to take care of the
boy. Mark and Mai Ling took him in and adopted
him.
Because Mark was in the army, they
traveled a lot. They also traveled because of
attacks from demons. Along the way, Mark knowing
the kids have to protect themselves, helped them learn
their powers, as well as taught them how to fight, shoot
and drive.
 Kanan
hated the fact people died cause of witches and demons
and at 15 he tried to kill himself, when that didn't
work at 16, he had enough and up and left the family.
He traveled around the
US
for a bit, but got lucky and got a job on a ship going
to Europe.
He didn’t pass it up and was soon wandering the
countryside of Europe.
Along the way, he ran into a couple of other
runaways and they got involved in a few harmless ways of
making money.
One of the ways, turned out to be
transporting, because Kanan was a great driver.
It was harmless and no one got hurt, until one
time when a man named Castle decided to take what Kanan
and his friends were transporting.
Both of Kanan’s friends were killed and Kanan
with a new friend’s help, did something he’d never done
before, took revenge.
People died something he’d never done before.
He kept that pain to himself and went
on, driving threw Europe as a transporter, making a name for himself.
He went like that for years, till his friend
Tucker died of lung cancer.
After the funeral, Kanan decided it was maybe
time to go home.
He tracked his family down and went home to America.
Special Notes:
Has a slight accent from being in Europe all those
years, a mixed kind of French, English and Spain.
Always drives a black BMW 735i.
