Kalyn has the
standard abilities of a demon, she can shimmer
(teleportation), can throw energy/fire spheres and has
the ability of persuasion. Kalyn is considered an
mid-level demon in the demonic hierarchy.
Hobbies:
Singing, playing music such as the
piano, violin and cello. Swims, plays chess, paints,
draws, and working out.
Physiological
Background: Kalyn can make you
think she is a angel of God, her lies are without limits
and her smile will disarm anyone. Most of the time even
she doesn't know she's lying. Kalyn as a insatiable
sexual appetite and loves to explore those desires to
her very core. Lyn is perfect at masquerading her
thoughts and personality to become whatever the
situation calls for. Upper level demons come to her for
special tasks, for which she is rewarded. She has a
sarcastic humor, and indulges far to much in her own
personal desires.
Kalyn can be flirtatious,
smart, tenacious and daring. The only thing she fears is
Cadan, the upper level demon who has taken her as his
concubine.
Personality Quirks:
Kalyn loves tight clothing and usually wears
low cut tops. She has a strange fetish for men with
accents, and loves to make men think they have a chance
with her. Lyn enjoys the fine things in life, ranging
from the finest bed linens to well aged wine and brandy.
History:
Kalyn Temple
Ares was born the only daughter of James and Martha
Ares, in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Her
childhood wasn't like the other children around her. Her
parents never wanted children, so when she was born she
treated as more of a property and play thing rather then
their daughter. They took their anger out on her and
they were the seed that would later make her what she
becomes. As she into teenage years she realized she had
the power of persuasion. She didn't understand how she
got it or why, but she learned fast that it was
something that would give her everything she wanted,
what she couldn't get she would take it. It took Kalyn a
few years to fully understand the magnitude of her
power, when she did she turned it on her father. Using
her power of persuasion, she feed him the desire to kill
her mother then take his own life.
 Nothing
stopped him, she watched as he killed his wife and then
took his own life. Local authorities called it a
murder-suicide.
Days later Kalyn got more clues
to her parents, her father was a demon, a low level
demon making her part human and part demon. It all made
since to her now, everything she felt and everything
they dealt to her growing up. She had shown them both
who was tougher and stronger, and who had survived.
Kalyn left New Orleans and moved around the United
States for a while, then went to Europe.
Living
off of the rich and using her powers, she slowly
realized her other birth right talents as being part
demon. Honing her skills at shimming, throwing
fire/energy spheres she became more enthralled within
the demonic world. As she grew, they became more
noticeable of her, seeking her out to cause things from
wars to civic unrest and murder.
When Kalyn was
21 she met a dark brooding man who seemed to take notice
of her, he appeared on the wings of wind. Kalyn soon
realized this man, Cadan, was a upper level demon who
wanted her for his concubine and minion. She refused,
and Caden nearly killed her for it. She submitted
herself to him and his will, and has been under a blood
contract with him since that day.
Now sixty
years later she finds herself a mid-level demon thanks
to Caden's generous rewards. She currently lives with
him as his girlfriend. Having performed many tasks for
him including getting a job at P3 so he could keep tabs
on the charmed family.
Currently Kalyn resides in San
Francisco, CA and works as a bartender/waitress at the
P3 nightclub.
