Powers/Abilities:

Jackie is human but knows about the magical world. She is trained in martial arts and in using a gun. She's very accurate and is considered a sharp shooter.

Hobbies: Reading, writing, smoking, dancing, going to the movies, learning new techniques to aid in forensics, she also likes to learn more about the magical world.

Physiological Background: Jackie is the youngest child of a cop and had two older brothers who liked to protect her. She learned early on how to handle herself around boys and is quite comfortable around men in general although she is often seen as one of the boys or at least that is how she feels on it. She has many male friends but hasn't dated all that much.

Personality Quirks: Prefers to work nights but doesn't always get that choice. Doesn't drink alcohol at all and stays clear of drugs.

History:

Jackie is the youngest child of Darryl and Sheila Morris. Darryl has been friends with the Charmed Ones since before she was born. Growing up she learned about witches, demons and the like from early on. She might not have found out until she was older but when she was five she was taken by some Grimlocks and had to be rescued. That was her initiation into the world of magic and also made her father determined to make sure she could protect herself. He enrolled her into martial arts that week and when she was older taught her how to use a gun. Jackie was a typical tomboy. She played with her brothers, climbed trees and just had fun.

It wasn't until high school that this became problematic. She didn't know how to behave "Girly" around the boys. She had plenty of male friends but she stayed home on Friday nights because no one asked her out. During her senior year she got in with a bad crowd as she tried to rebel a bit from her "Goody Two Shoes" reputation. She drank and did drugs. She had a close call one night when a couple of guys slipped her something in her drink. One of her brothers intervened and afterwards she went into a rehab for a bit. She swore never to touch drugs or alcohol again.

She went to San Francisco State University and decided to become a medical examiner. She wanted to work in law enforcement but she didn't want to be a police officer like her father. While there she did volunteer at the crisis center and helped others who had issues with drugs or alcohol. She concentrated more on her studies then on the parties that went about around her. She'd learned her lesson about trying to be something she wasn't so didn't try again. She dated a few boys over the years but nothing serious. She graduated with honors and was hired right away with the San Francisco Police Department.
