Powers/Abilities:

Besides the basic powers of a magical witch, such as scrying and spellcasting, Chris possesses the powers of: telekinesis, telekinetic orbing, healing and sensing. Limited telepathic communication with charges.

Hobbies: Computers, tinkering on his car, drawing, reading old books. Rock climbing, archery, and going surfing and skiing.

Physiological Background: Chris is has a old soul in a young body. A philosophical mind, he tends to be one of those people you either like or don't like. Lover of woman, just for some reasons he understands the female mind. Quiet, giving, loves to give love. Funny and intense at the same time. He's a lover of words, some would say dramatic, others say he's a renaissance man.

Doesn't speak much about his life to people he doesn't know. Mainly because there are things that he has had to do, he's not ready to share with anyone or relive himself.

Personality Quirks: Mornings are hard on anyone around a waking up Chris, he prefers to have it quiet and have a slow start. Usually only has coffee, and pop tarts for breakfast.

Hates it when people talk at him, instead of to him. Hates, braggarts, egotistical, superficial, self-motivated people who only step on everyone around them.

Loves walking barefoot around the house, and finally, hates it when people try to force him into doing stuff by manipulating him through emotions or magic.

History:

Chris was born to Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt. Chris is their second son, younger brother of Wyatt Halliwell and the older brother of Melinda Halliwell. Life was never a normal life for a child of a witch and whitelighter. As a young child he was surrounded by magical things and people that loved him in a protective cocoon. He never really questioned it but knew that this was his life because of his family. Magic had always been around his life, his powers began to manifest at an early age and they often found it difficult to teach him to keep the under control.

Chris attended magic school, which for a while was a saving grace cause he didn't have to pretend to be human and could be himself. This was where he became his own person. Also made him more impulsive and less thinking about the long term effects. Becoming a young adult though became problematic cause his brother Wyatt began to do things that were so out of character for him. The outcome though was even more complicated, Chris sent himself back in time to fix where he thought the problem originated from but in doing so he had to change the future. Ended up meeting his parents and family, having to hide his identity for a while he took on the role of their whitelighter and worked his own plan to save his brother.

Sometimes his methods were questionable, but his motives were genuine and true. Chris was able to help save Wyatt and with it the spell had played out so even though he was dying of wounds caused by Gideon stabbing him, he faded away. Since Wyatt hadn't turned evil, he never had to go back in time, this could have created a paradox but magic allows for such things by creating alternate universes in which a Chris did have to go back and so on. Even though he didn't go back he does still retain the memories of it including those of Bianca (a love interest who was in the alternate universe who worked for evil Wyatt). With Wyatt taking over and running P3, Chris ventured into becoming a venue promoter, booking entertainment events around San Francisco.
