Physical Description

Keagan is able to tap into the psychic residue around an area or person to view past events or past lives.  She uses her ability to sketch to depict what she has seen.   How much she is able to see depends a great deal on the residue energy.  Violence and negative emotions/events are often more charged and come through stronger then positive and  happy emotions/events.  The farther back in time the event occurred also lessens the amount of residue that is left behind.

Keagan is a witch, as were her parents.  She has a large book of shadows that contains spells and recipes for potions that have been passed on through many generations.  Although competent in her ability to perform spells she is not that powerful.  She's pretty average when it comes

History:

Keagan grew up at the Dublin House.  Her family had been with the Center for generations.  She learned from an early age how to use magic and her physic ability.  Her parents were very happy and proud when she demonstrated the ability to pick up on psychic resonates.   Her parents, especially her father,  put a lot of pressure on her to succeed and to measure up.  They began having her learn magic as soon as she could.  They also had her take martial arts training and when older how to handle guns and knives.  They wanted to make sure that she would be able to follow in the family footsteps.

When Keagan came of age she went to College in the States.  This was the first time she was away from her parents but also solely outside the Center and in the normal world.  It was difficult at times to watch what she said since she wasn't used to not discussing such matters with others.  She attended Harvard University where she studied  History and Psychology along with a minor in Art.  She went on to get her Masters and Doctorates in both Sociology and Psychology.  Although she dated in college for the most part Keagan was intent upon her studies.  She would go home on Summer breaks but on Winter and Spring breaks she would investigate supposed haunted areas not that far from the school.  She found this a great way to continue to master her abilities. 

Upon graduation she was immediately hired by the Center  to work in their London Offices but before starting she did go home for a visit.  It was during this time she found out her mother had been sick for some time and they hadn't told her because they hadn't wanted to interrupt her school work.  Keagan's mother had cancer and even though they had tried everything possible it had progressed too far.  She died a month after Keagan came home.  Keagan stayed and helped her father deal with things before moving to London to work.  She started out as a researcher and then moved to investigation.  She proved her skills over the years and when the current manager of the US Eastern House retired she was offered the position.  She accepted it even though she is somewhat nervous about taking on such a big responsibility and even wonders if she was offered the position because of her skills or because of her family.  Her father runs the Dublin house and her Uncle is the now retiring manager she is taking over for.
